Grand Nails and Spa Store Policy

1. Appointment and Walk-Ins
1.1. Appointment Recommended: Grand Nails and Spa recommends customers to schedule appointments in advance to ensure timely service and minimize waiting time. Appointments can be made through our online booking system or by calling our salon directly.
1.2. Welcome Walk-Ins: While appointments are recommended, Grand Nails and Spa also welcomes walk-in customers. Walk-ins will be accommodated based on availability, and there may be a wait time depending on the number of customers ahead.

2. Children Policy
2.1. Age Restriction: For the comfort and safety of our customers and staff, children under the age of 12 are not permitted in the salon unless they are accompanied and closely monitored by their parents or legal guardians throughout the duration of their visit.

3. Code of Conduct
3.1. Appropriate Behavior: Grand Nails and Spa maintains a respectful and professional environment. We expect all customers to behave appropriately and treat our staff and fellow customers with respect and courtesy.
3.2. Inappropriate Behavior: In the event that a customer behaves inappropriately, including but not limited to using abusive language, engaging in harassment, or displaying aggressive behavior, Grand Nails and Spa reserves the right to refuse service and ask the customer to leave the premises.

4. Service Cessation
4.1. Inappropriate Behavior: If a customer's behavior becomes inappropriate during the service, such as displaying disrespect towards the staff or other customers, Grand Nails and Spa reserves the right to stop providing the service immediately. The customer will be required to settle the payment for the services already rendered up to that point.

5. Liability
5.1. Personal Belongings: Grand Nails and Spa is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought onto the premises. Customers are advised to keep their belongings secure and under their supervision at all times.

6. Policy Review
